I was wondering how an investor should think about maintenance vs growth capex for a company. I'm assuming companies that have high maintenance capex is not as favorable as low since it decreases fcf. However, how should you think about growth and acquisition capex and the amount that a company spends on them? Also are these stated within a company's 10-k?
