Marathon Capital Deals
Not many talk about Marathon. If others are interested in Marathon, I hope this thread is helpful.
- they are heavy on project finances and asset-level deals and debt raising. It seems like the deal types become repetitive after a while it is mostly solar or battery. Platform level deals not really common.
- How transferable is the experience to infrastructure PE, energy-transition investing, corporate development, or traditional M&A at a larger bank?
Would be particularly interested in perspectives from people from industry.
