I'm an incoming Market Risk SA at a BB coming from a non-target. Because of some of my previous work experiences, I ended up being recommended into a Market Risk internship that I accepted. I want to know if it makes sense for me, in order to have better quality exit opportunities down the line, to attempt FT recruiting next year in IB. What would the exit opps look like for Market Risk at a BB? Is it substantially worse than the exit opps from a Boutique Bank?
