Marketing internships to IB

Hi everyone,

I would love some advice on a potential career pivot.
I'm about to start a Master in Management at either ESSEC or LBS this year. My undergraduate degree is from a top European business school, where I studied econ

During my studies, I completed several internships, mainly in marketing, product development, and sales roles across industries like beauty, payments, media, and luxury goods.

Given this background, I'm wondering how realistic it would be to transition into finance ideally investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity roles as a spring week and then summer intern for next year.
I have decent quantitative coursework (math, stats, accounting, econ) but my internships are more commercial/marketing-focused rather than financial.

Any tips on how to best position myself for finance recruiting coming from this type of CV?

Thanks a lot in advance for your help!
