Masters or Mid-level Job?

So I'm in my final year of my Bachelor of Commerce/Corporate Finance, I've done three internships in investment banking, corporate finance and real estate private equity. However, my GPA isn't as impressive as I'd like it to be.

I'm worried I won't get a strong graduate position, so should I;

a) Take a job at a 'mid range' company, work hard and forge a path into the reputable firms

b) Do a masters, delay my job application further out of COVID and hopefully gain better results by the end of the year?

Thanks!
