McKinsey Freshman Diversity Leaders Intern
I recently applied to this program - McKinsey Freshman Diversity Leaders - which seems to be open to only a few select schools (I attend one of these schools). Has anyone gone through the process, and what is it like? Are there any interviews? If so, what type of questions do they ask? Their website does not really speak to the process, and there seems to be little information on it. Lastly, I'm ultimately interested in going into investment banking (M&A) and was wondering if an internship of this type would be helpful in my later endeavors?
