MD Tip [Summer Intern]
I’m a junior mentor to my summer intern. The intern just received their mid-term feedback, and it was mostly “meh” overall—except for one MD, who had great things to say.
Intern is asking how much they should tip the MD. What should I tell them?
I’d say half of bonus is reasonable
