3 MDs, 1 D and 1 VP announced departure yesterday at my group

us at the bullpen were told today

Thank god I'm also leaving this train wreck of a bank soon

Good luck to all the incomings. CS, it's been real!

Yeah Svoronos may have came back but that's far from meaning the Industrials team is doing well. A good chunk of the team's rainmakers left in 2021, and CS replaced them with largely MDs who are simply not up to par. I'm in one of the verticals of Industrials, and our vertical has literally done nothing but pitch for the past 6-7 months, and I know deal flow is definitely down in several other verticals right now based on what my friends tell me. Overall, the Industrials group has definitely taken a big hit since early-mid 2021 and is not what it once was.
