Meeting Founder/CEO of MM Boutique IB

Hey so presently i am working at a Middle Market Boutique Investment Bank as a Management Trainee (It is a 12 Month program after which you get converted to a FT analyst).

I have completed 7 months of this program and i am not ready to wait for another 5 months to get a conversion, I reached out to a small MM boutique IB for a FT role and the bank’s Founder/CEO has asked me for a coffee chat at a nearby mall.

What should I expect, how should I prepare for it, it is a great chance for me and I don’t want to miss my shot.

Presently i am staffed on 2 live transactions for interesting startups both are equity raises, will the interaction be more of a personality check or technical interview.
