Meh deal-flow, okay hours, (way) below-street pay

Anyone in a similar situation? My group has 1 MD, 1 VP (rich kid, got 2 deals for the company within 3 years), 1 shitty Associate and 5 analysts including myself. Think of a balance sheet bank. Industry coverage team.

Probably average 50-60 hours a week. MD is super chill and I don't think my team has enough seniors to source deals --- after all, we are a coverage team.

Base pay is way below street. Bonus might be 50%-100% of salary. So what? Low base, low total comp.

Now my groups is about to start 2 live deals. I'm a top analyst in the group and will likely get staffed on both.
