Title, early twenties with memory problems( not diagnosed), have problems retaining information from books, articles, companies I analyzed, team meetings etc..
Any tips/ help would be appreciated. Thank you

Make sure you're actively listening instead of letting stuff passively wash over you. If you find yourself correctly anticipating what people are about to say next, you're doing this right

Lay off weed completely. Maybe cut out alcohol as well.
Take multivitamins daily and make sure you’re getting a balanced diet (greens, eggs, etc.)
Take notes. Don't write everything word for word because you end up losing attention to the convo. Listen to the overall ideas being discussed and write briefly about what they are.
