Wondering what yall think is the better option for undergrad? Which is better for ib in nyc specifically? and which is better in your opinion overall?

Afaik Ross places really well into IB

Really? Just did a quick Linkedin search of IB analysts from Ross. First page of results show Ross kids are analysts at:
Goldman, Evercore, Centerview, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, Lazard, Citi, Rothschild
The combined number of analysts at those banks is probably 2000+. Individual exits don’t really mean anything unless you are talking about complete non targets

I think Ross places better into rando botique firms or shops nobody wants to be at.
kids with good GPA probably get same looks at both, with Midwest guys trending to Chicago to be closer to home
Mandoza has been killing it in nyc placements.
In placement per capita, Mendoza might be better but you're splitting hairs. Attend the school that you like more and/or is cheaper. Do not use what this site tells you as the deciding factor between these two schools.
100% splitting hairs. Both place well. I think the choice should come down to every other factor (including price if that’s a consideration for your family).
