Mentioning Junior Summer Offer while Recruiting for Sophomore Summer?

In a very lucky position to have obtained an offer for my junior summer (Summer 2021) at an EB already. My initial sophomore summer internship for this summer got cancelled, so trying to find something else now. Would it be a terrible idea to mention that Summer 2021 offer to the companies I'm trying to recruit with for this summer?

On the one hand, I feel like mentioning my offer to smaller local financial services-related firms may be a plus because they're probably familiar with the firm I'm going to and they might be impressed. On the other hand, I feel like mentioning my offer to firms that aren't financial services-related may be a bad thing? For example, I'm applying to a few FP&A positions at smaller software companies as a FP&A intern, and not sure how open they'd be to it.

If the company has explicitly stated somewhere that their internship program is a pipeline into FT positions, I won't mention it obviously. But for those where I can't get the sense of whether they want interns to come back, should I just not mention it?
