Merchant or MMM&A or Corporate Banking...
Really unsuccessful recruiting season, non-target aiming for BB's (M&A). Luckily December got better, got an offer from a small Merchant Bank iwhich looks good (considering I know little of which MB's are good/bad but based on the experience of their team). Doesn't pay well, but would that put me in a good position when aiming for BB M&A FT?
Also have an offer from MM M&A shop which is huge in the US and the pay better than the MB. Or, the risky offer from a BB Corporate Banking Division which has the option of rotating in their Financial Sponsors Group which comes under the CB umbrella for some absurd (and luckyish) reason.

My initial instinct is the independent MM shop...thoughts?
Genuinely don't know what would be better...MB, MM M&A or the chance of rotating on FS desk...
