Mesirow vs UBS vs Wells Fargo vs HSBC vs BMO
I have offers and interviews at these firms for next summer and would appreciate some help ranking them in terms of exit opps, prestige, comp, B-school placement, and culture.

Career Resources
depends where you are, which groups and what division. UBS is the best if you are in United States would maybe consider HSBC if in Europe. BMO and Mesirow have large offices in Chicago but can't really offer much in terms of live deals that would help you for exit opps and B school.
I’m in the US, don’t know exact locations yet but assuming NY or Chicago, and then maybe Charlotte for Wells.

Those should be your top three. UBS is better than Wells and Wells is slightly better than BMO. If I were at Wells I'd probably try and lateral after a year, if I were at BMO I would definitely try to lateral after a years. Whereas I'd only consider leaving UBS if I didn't like it there for whatever reason. The other two, HSBC and Mesirow, are significantly lower than the other three.
Eh I’d put BMO and HSBC about the same tbh.
