Messed up email formatting during Email to internship manager and vp

I was doing an email exchange with the internship manager who happened to be vp and when I sent my final email the formatting sent as plain text instead of the usual format.

Is that an automatic ding? Th email looks kinda weird. Everything else on the email is fine. This was an email of me explaining why I wanted the internship after a exchange of emails .
