I'm a student at Michigan Ross, a big target for IB, but I couldn't get into any clubs, and I'm already a sophomore. I'm worried that I may not be able to get an offer because of this. I'd say I still have a solid resume with over a 3.8 GPA, 2 search fund internships, and managing large amounts of money for another club I'm in. Be honest, is there still a way?

Clubs are the biggest thing when ur at a target school imo (aside from gpa and knowledge) just because of the network and prep. But then again you have some internships and a good gpa. Just focus on networking and you will be fine. I know a few ppl from my west coast target school that got top BB offers even though they weren’t in any top clubs.
yeah youre fine, but probably botted behaviorals / technicals if you couldnt crack even the bottom clubs at mich, identify weakness and grind it
