How can I deal with an associate that, when staffed on their project, wants to know what you are doing at every second of the day, and gets annoyed when you work on other, higher-priority work?
I'm finding it very challenging to manage expectations here, and the other associates are much more hands off and are fine with when I do the work as long as it's by when they asked for it to be done.
