Middle Office Investment Banking

I am 23M who will be joining a BB in their MO IB (like GS Bengaluru) team supporting bankers abroad on deal reps from a small no name boutique but FO role. Some questions I have:

1. I was wondering how would the FO to MO shift look on my resume when recruiting for FO roles.
2. Also does anyone know how the internal mobility is to Indian FO or abroad given they advertise it on the JD?
3. Is there any difference between BBs for the same role?
4. How is the work? Is it mostly basic editing or also some critical thinking in terms of models?
5. For anyone who has worked here how has the role helped you in you career in high finance?
