Mizuho/MUFG base pay
Does anyone have any info about Analyst 1 pay and bonus range for those banks? Have they increased salaries in line with street?

I was contacted about an associate position in Mizuho’s LevFin team - budget was 75k so assuming they haven’t increased salaries

Yeah, Associate 1. No info on bonus, I said I wasn’t interested as soon as I heard the salary so didn’t get to that.
Mizuho IB Associate salaries are $175, $200, and $225. They don't use the term 'budget' as the base salary is the same for everyone. LevFin is a top group.

Mizuho is 100k base and lower bonus, around 50k
Pretty sure it’s still 90, unless they’ve changed very recently
They rasied their base with all the other banks in 2021 to 100k.
