HW is 110/115/125 for base.
Bonuses were solid last year off the 85k base: 60-80 range for 10/12 months of work (analysts started in September last year bc of covid instead of July)

Believe they have now upped it to the 110 fwiw along with most competitors.
I feel like most mm pay on pay with BBs. And then EBs and maybe a select few BB groups/GS pay higher.
But on average everyone is about $100-$110k base and a $60-$80k bonus for A1
Work at a MM industry boutique (Union Square Advisors, Cain Brothers type) and we're 110k base + 70k - 120k bonus last summer.
From what I’ve heard (and seen), seems that Blair pays the most. 115k base, standard signing bonus of 15k, and a BB caliber YEB. Certainly helps they’re most based in Chicago which has a significantly lower COL than SF and NYC.
