MM VP Hours

This is probably group dependent, but can anyone comment on how much VPs are working for MMs like Lincoln, Blair, HL, Baird, Piper, etc. (particularly in Chicago)? Hours, lifestyle, anything on that. Interested to hear if there's a nice drop off in online hours after associate for these groups. If anyone has worked in both NYC and Chicago would also be interested to hear differences in culture / hours / intangibles. Any comments on pre-vs-post COVID also helpful

That’s crazy, my VP stops replying to shit by 10:30pm. Is it because you’re not being efficient? Or your team isn’t performing therefore you need to do associate work?

I remember talking to a VP at RJ Chi during a second round SA interview. He told me he just came out of a live deal and pulled an all-nighter and still worked around 60hours a week normally. He didn't seem in the happiest mood and started spamming technicals. I thought I bombed but I still got sent to the super, guess others messed up worse. I didn't really miss any but I was indecisive and stumbled.
