I’m a current junior and this summer I have an internship at a boutique bank in the south, and I was wondering how feasible it would be to get a full-time position at a MM, BB, or EB in Chicago for full-time post graduation.
my GPA is a 3.71 and i’m from a semi-target.
Any input would be appreciated.

Reach out to alumni / connections NOW before the internship starts for general advice on how to do well, check in with them halfway or 3/4 through the internship to update them or ask questions, and then ask about lateraling or recruiting for FT.
