Model question - no current liabilties assumed
Hey quick question for anyone who might help. I'm working on a lbo model where we arent' assuming any liabilities including accounts payable, accrued liabilities, etc..
So my question is the pro forma BS won't have any, but for projected years would you build those up again?
Thanks.
Could just assume a portion of LT Liabilities become Current every year. Depends entirely on what assumptions you guys are making for the future.
