Both Moelis and smaller mid-market firms have have their strengths in different areas. Moelis will give exposure to large deals, some industry stars, pay better, a pure M&A house, with a better exit profile.

In the States the answer is very clearly Moelis, but this is London. Not sure how that factors in.
