Moelis LA Thoughts?
Weighing an offer from them.
My understanding is that their exits are absolutely nuts and that its one of the most fun offices.
Any thoughts?

They also get worked and don't have weekends as frequently as they would like to say the least - analysts seemed nice but tired lmao
Moelis LA is probably one of the best offices to work in. Insane exits, MDs go to bat and have calls for you because they understand how much youre getting worked. Plus, its in LA which IMO is so much better than New York.
