Moelis NY vs PWP NY vs Evercore NY vs JPM NY

Hi all, Really have some difficult choices to make. Have SA offers at all these places, really don't know what to do. Interested in possible career in banking, interested in business school opportunities.

Main considerations for analyst experience is I want broad deal exposure. Also want closer interaction with senior bankers and the client. W/L balance is a secondary consideration but would also be nice to know. I know things are constantly shifting within the industry so any recent experiences with any of these places would be awesome. Thanks so much.

Moelis/PWP are generalist across industries and products so both offer excellent learning experiences and the broad deal exposure you're looking for.

Evercore has industries but is generalist M&A for the internship.

Moelis/Evercore are comparable for exits, toss up between where you like the people the most. PWP isn't too great for exits.

Key differences between Moelis/Evercore is that Moelis does a lot of sponsor deals while Evercore does more corporate although Moelis did land a role on the Dell/EMC deal.

Had FT offers from two of the three boutiques you mentioned so PM for details if you wanna
