Moelis has one of the best RX groups on the street. They’ve worked on huge RX deals but the work hours are terrible

 

Seconded. PWP does have a pretty decent RX practice, but Moelis RX is a step above. But would add Moelis is known to be sweaty with what has to be one of their sweatiest groups, while PWP anecdotally has good culture. Both would give good experiences, but honestly go with what you prioritize more. Burn out can become a serious issue if you want to be a career banker
