Monograms on Shirt as an Intern - Yes or No?

I have an IBD internship at a MM in London this summer. I recently visited family overseas and got a suit and some shirts tailored for next to nothing - the tailor is a family friend, and prices are way cheaper out there anyway.

The suit is great, but without me realising, he embroidered my initials into the cuffs of the shirts. The stitching is silver, so it's not super obvious, but I'm worried it might come across the wrong way as an intern - like I'm trying too hard or punching above my station.

Do you think this could actually hurt my chances of a return offer, or am I overthinking it? Happy to just grab some basic CT shirts and call it a day if that's the safer move. It's just these shirts fit me perfectly, obviously, so it feels like a waste not to wear them.

It’s a no but agree not a huge deal no one will care that much or even likely notice

Okay, will do. Classic collar is best, I assume? Also, is there ever a point where wearing the monogrammed shirts would be acceptable? Just sucks that I probably won't get much use out of them.

can someone provide thoughts on collars from CT? Tbh I don’t like the way the classic one looks and the spread collar looks more natural imo.

Also can anyone provide good places to get suit separates / just dress pants?
