More pay raises?
It looks like the dust will settle at a 110, 120, 130 market level for analyst salaries at most banks (give or take), but what do people think some of the upper boutiques are going to do.
LionTree and EVR were originally at the top with 120 for AN1, but now they are well below both CVP and FT Partners. Will those be pushed up along with moves from PJT/MOE etc.
Anyone care to speculate?
Meanwhile UBS is still at a measly 100k. Cmon gotta step your game up
What is FT Partners base at? Friend who signed few months ago told me it was 100 for AN1.

Surely bonuses have to be much lower. They aren’t spending a greater percentage on expenses longer term I would think so something has to give ?
