Morgan Stanley Culture, Groups, Exit Opps in 2021

Per the title, what does overall culture look like at MS? Most of the things I've read on WSO so far have been quite dated and would like to know what the overall culture is like as of 2021. I know it's pretty pointless to argue which groups are "the best", but what are differences between all of the groups in terms of deal flow and overall vibe? Also wondering what exits have looked like over the last couple years. Differences between MS and GS culture would be nice to know as well.
