Never give up regarding MS interview process even if other say that AC are finished or whatever. Interviews can stretch over several months
If I remember correctly, their OC program for IBD is one where they pool all applicants and dip into them as they need it. It's on a case-by-case basis through the year, hence why they interview at multiple times.
