What are Morgan Stanley's internal mobility policies like? Is it easy to switch groups in IBD, and if so how? And would it be possible to also move divisions (S&T to IB, IB to PWM, etc)?

When recruiting for GCM I saw a ton of people to ibd to gcm and vice versa and same with gcm to s&t and vice versa. Didn’t see too much ibd to s&t because it is a big jump. Usually happens after a year or two people switch if they want.
Thanks - do you recall ever seeing someone make a divisional switch after their summer analyst program but before FT?
