Morgan Stanley ISG rotational program

I heard that Morgan Stanley offers 1st year associates a 2-year rotation across other departments OR geographies. So for example, a S&T analyst in NY can do a rotation in GCM in his/her 4th year, and in IBD in his/her 5th year.

Here's my question: can that same S&T analyst in NY do a rotation in GCM in London or Hong Kong (i.e. departmental + geographical rotation)?

Does anyone have any insight on this?

“I like how julian creates questions based on our resumes. The interview feels more personal and similar to questions an interviewer might ask. I also appreciate how he ramps up the difficulty of his question. It started off easy and a lot harder. However, sometimes I don't feel like I'm being tested on the correct stuff. For example, the content I am learning from the mergers and inquisitions 400 question guide isn't being tested at all. But it makes sense since you will not be tested over that.”
