Morgan Stanley M&A product group: list of deals?

So I understand that M&A is a product group, obviously. But within M&A at MS, will analysts focus on an industry? Or, can you be a generalist and do all industries?

Also, other than Bloomberg, where can I get a list of the deals MS is currently involved in or have recently closed?

Think of a matrix/grid system. M&A, ECM and DCM on one side and the sectors on another (eg consumer etc). Say there's a consumer M&A deal. They will take analysts from the consumer sector and analysts from the M&A sector.

You can find Morgan Stanley deals by googling the big deals that happened last year and typing 'financial advisors' after it - MS are bound to have worked on at least one of them.
