Morgan Stanley SA 2025 IB score report
Just completed the OA for Morgan Stanley 2025 SA IB and instantly received the score report. How do I interpret the report? How do I know if I scored well enough to proceed with my application?
Idk I got extreme well or smth in the assessments but “average” in the culture…

Above average for all, inductive reasoning being my weakest but still above average. What about you?
For me, it said I fit well with the business and performed 'well above the requirements' for the other 2 sections. I probably did it about 2 hrs ago, not got any news yet so we can wait and see. Not sure how to interpret them in all honesty but (correct me if I'm wrong), I think there's just some sort of invisible cutoff score you have to get in each section/ overall?
Does every applicant get OA or is it selective?

Very well aligned, above average inductive, well above average numerical, and well above average verbal (idk why GCM added a verbal component but hey).
Pretty sure OA is auto.
