(London)Tips on converting spring to summer? (BofA)
Got a BofA spring offer recently and I’d appreciate any tips or things to prepare for in advance.

spring conversions are mainly motivational and behavioural so i'd focus on those. If I were you, i'd also prepare technicals just in case though in my experience i never got any technicals.
I mean I got a spring at a MM bank this year and I was asked a technical in my interviw, albeit a very easy one.
What was the technical if I may ask?
''In a few words, what is a DCF and what are they used for?'', I answered a DCF is a type of financial model and that they are used to value a company whilst accounting for future cash flows and the time value of money. Probably should have mentioned intrinsic value and that DCFs can also be used to value assets as well as companies, but the interviewer seemed happy with my answer, so they aren't super harsh. Although worth noting that I wasn't asked any technicals during my interview at a BB.
