Most convertible Spring Weeks?

Was just wondering if anyone knew which Spring weeks have the highest summer return rates?

bristol spreadsheet says barclays, jeffries, Macquarie and rbc have pretty high rates but was wondering about any of the other ones.

RBC isn’t high. they just fast track to TI, and it is a difficult conversion.

Barclays, jefferies and Lazard are all quite high.

But do bear in mind that Lazard has higher rates but the cohort is very sweaty so it may still be difficult.

Citi is usually high I think, BNP paribas banking (not markets) is also quite high.
Other ones are like big 4 nearly everyone converts, and like standard chartered

Lazard cohort is very sweaty that's true but it's not a high conversion rate. Roughly 40% Conversion rate, which is lower than Barclays and Jefferies by a bit.

Funniest

Lazard is not sweaty at all 😂 it’s notorious for converting spring interns into SA’s who don’t even know the 3 valuation methodologies

By difficult conversation, can you expand on what you mean? Not at uni yet but want to get an idea; guessing it's either just technical heavy or heavily scrunitise your personality through their questions but not sure

Rbccm is not convertible at all, they just fast track everyone. From what I know, last year converting IB was close to impossible (unless you belong to a certain demographic that rbc has a programme for), markets seemed somewhat viable but still low conversion rate imo
