It's pretty hard unless you know somebody. It's easy to move from NY/London to Asia, but not the other way around.
well why is it hard? if it is easy to move within banks why is it hard to switch banks and location at teh same time? ru guessing or have u actually experienced this difficulty in movement?

NY and London prestigious. Asia not.
hiring standards tend to be higher in ny and london. you should have seen some the stuff that came from the paris office the other day interviewing for london transfers. horrendous.
