Moving to the UK from APAC

Recently, my family moved to the UK but I still live in the APAC region where I am in my final year of university. I want to move to the UK ASAP to be closer to my family so I wanted to ask what the best and quickest way would be.

I have completed an internship at a top 3 BB (GS/MS/JPM) in APAC and hold a full-time offer for 2021 for the same location.

Would I have any success simply applying online for 2021 FT roles for other BB's and EB's? Or is the only option to transfer internally after a few years? I am trying to network but not having any success.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Do you think I have a shot for FT roles, especially for one of the other top 3 BBs?

Also, would it be worth doing a trip to London hoping that I get more responses? Reading other threads, there seems to be mixed results for networking in London.
