Is there any way to move within an Excel tab with a split window without using the mouse? For example, if I am working on a tab that is split into 4 areas, how can I move from the top left area to the lower right area without using the mouse? I've always wanted to know, please enlighten me.

alt + tab
Alt tab moves between open applications. It does not move within a single excel page that is split. If you go to Excel, hit alt W S , you'll see what I'm talking about. How can you move around between the quadrants without using the mouse?
