I havent heard of this bank, but saw that they were mentioned in the Pfizer / Seagen acquisition ($43B). There's a couple decently sized transactions on their website, can anyone give more info? There's a couple dated threads but was wondering if there's more recent info out there.

A crazy sweaty HC boutique that are strongest in biotech (hence inclusion on deal). Solid boutique with good exits, but as I said, crazy sweaty per some friends who lateraled from there. I'm sure there's a better thread on it somewhere on WSO.

Interned there, happily going back. People are great - smart, willing to teach, but can go out and have a great time. Picked MTS over a few BBs based on interactions I had with them, was not disappointed in my choice.
