My MD is asking me some data to push for my bonus

Hey all, My MD at a European EB (small U.S. presence-l'm the only Associate 2 here) asked me for a 2025 bonus benchmark for top-tier IB roles. My fixed comp is $210k, and my MD wants to push for me to have the max bonus possible but needs some data to back it up. Anyone know what Associate 2s at EBs in NY are pulling in for bonuses this year? Any exact data (bank, position, top-tier ranked ...) would be very helpful Thanks!

Last year I got 90%. I was promoted associate later than usual in my firm - mid year so got 1/2 Asso bonus 1/2 Analyst bonus and I complained a lot because my peers in Europe got 130% (lower fixe basis)

So I assume 100% would be the bare minimum this year.

Was wondering if any Asso2 can get 125-150% bonus so from 250-300k ?

to make a case for more see if you can get datapoints from Ardea, Qatalyst, CVP, Tidal, Broadhaven, BDT Merchant Bank, Incentrum

I am guessing you get paid more than the guys at places like Raine and liontree
