My Pymetrics Results - What do you think ?

Hi I just finished a Pymetrics test for a Credit analysis summer intern position in Elite PE firm.

My main qualities are 1 - Focus 2 - Attention 3 - Risk Tolerance.

Has someone already had to complete this type of test and what results did you get ? also do you think these results are really significant for an application or is it just some sort of HR bullshit tests to * See people as more than their CV ^^* ?

I also wonder if they send their Pymetric test invite to anyone that apply or if you pass some sort of screening in order to receive the invite. I received mine pretty quickly so I think it's an automatic reply regardless of your profile but let me know what you think.

Regards,

NTS
