ND non-business VS. Michgan engineering

Hi, I am considering transfer out of Emory to another school that is more prestigious on the street so that I can get a chance to go to IB. Right now I am accepted by ND and Michigan engineering (still waiting for Ross and Northwestern), and I want to know which one will be better.

For ND, transfer students are not allowed to get into b-school so I am planning to major in Math+Econ. For UMich, I will major in CS (or IOE as someone indicated it is more relevant to business)

And I hope withdrawing WUSTL is not a bad idea.....

Thanks for your advice

If you get into Ross, that will be your best bet. I don't know how well non-business ND grads do on the street. Does anyone else?

I believe Ross will be my best choice too. However, they only accept about 5 external transfer students every year, so I think I should not expect too much. How about go to college of engineering first and apply Ross in my sophomore year, and then graduate in five years with two degrees?

Sounds expensive, but it's worth a shot.

bearcatsI am a recent IOE grad. 2 BB sell side internships -> buyside quant full time. I would say recruiting for S&T, quant, consulting are good from the college of engineering but IBD not so much.
Congrats! May I ask which one will be better for me to get a job, CS or IOE?
