Need a little career advice

Good day, my dear Colleagues( future) I know that I have a stupid questions but I need in yours help. I finished Moscow SU( financial management- 2:1 degree) and had internship in Big4( BV- 1 year).I am 21 year old. I want to continue my education in Germany( especially Frankfurt, Munchen, Cologne or Mannheim- in universities, not business school) and I have a few questions about my career path: 1. Will I have a chance to start a career in BB IB( In Germany or UK) in 23 year old? 2. What s better? Master programmes in Germany or other countries for my future plans? best regards for all

1: BB IB might be tough, since you haven't had an IB internship yet. You'll need at least one IB internship in order to get an internship with a BB. If you network hard and send tons of applications, at least T2 IB should be possible though, given that you speak German.

2: If you want to do IB in Germany, a German university (I'd say the best for IB are WHU, Frankfurt and Mannheim) is probably the better choice. For London, you should try to get into LSE, HEC, ...

You haven't yet told us where you would prefer to work: London or Germany. Bocconi is a very strong choice if you want to work in IB in London, I am unsure about Vlerick Business school.

Wouldn't take my word as gospel on this (I'm from the UK) but I believe aside from London, the main financial hubs you could aim for is Frankfurt and Paris. That being said, if you are mostly interested in beginning in London I think top UK schools, HEC and Bocconi are all excellent choices. Of course there are other top schools in Europe that would give you a good chance in recruiting too but the above are the ones I've personally seen a lot of.
