Need dire help!!
So here is my issue. For my first year of banking I worked at a Tier 2 bank (think UBS, DB, BOA) and I lateraled to a Tier 1 Bank at the end of my first year (JPM, MS). Now I'm at the end of my second year and GS wants me to interview. Should I try for it or will it look really bad on my resume (jumping from bank to bank). My goal is to eventually exit to PE so I know I would kinda be in limbo if I went to GS now. Any thoughts?
