Recently received a summer analyst offer from a bulge bracket bank in major US city. Not exploding - how long do I have to accept/decline? Is holding out bad for my group selection process and internal reputation?

The acceptance/rejection deadline should be in the document they send you that lays out the terms of the internship. If it's not there, email HR to find out. You're not gonna get an answer here because every firm has different deadlines.
Also, it shouldn't affect your placement or rep; they probably won't remember that you took more or less time to accept.
Should be in your offer letter
At Associate level (at least in my school), there is a high number of pressure calls until you accept. Does make it awkward, especially if you told them they are top of your list.
