Need the help of experienced monkey, preferably with PE/LBO experience

I have a presentation coming up... its not work related, but I've got a lot riding on it. Its a deal I've been working on and I'm meeting with a well known PE shop to discuss the deal and their possible interest in it. While my clients have seen many iterations of my models/presentations, the PE guys will undoubtedly be able to pick out a mistake.

I'm hoping an experienced monkey is willing to lend a helping hand and give my model a quick once over. Its pretty basic stuff....

LBO, DCF, and operating model.

I'm primarily looking for someone to scrutinize the DCF and LBO models.

If you want something in return, maybe we can figure something out.

Please do not ask me for the materials unless you are an experienced monkey and at least somewhat known on the forum.

Very much appreciated, Marcus

Although I can't help you, I have an idea, and you'd know the person is qualified.

E-mail Equity Private over at DealBreaker, and see if she'd be willing to look at your stuff. She went out of her way to help me out with some valuation materials, and other personal questions, without knowing me at all.

Though, she hasn't been writing lately, so she might be busy working again. But, worth a try since you'll have the confidence that the person reviewing your stuff is experienced.
