Have heard of a lot of people able to negotiate their salaries up $10,000 in fields like risk / operations for their FT offer. Has anyone ever heard of someone at a BB / EB negotiate their salary from say $85k to $95k or?

I never have. you're pretty much a commodity as an analyst, feel like there's a lot more that could go wrong than right.
Wouldn't recommend it. Just be thankful you have an offer during the Covid era.
